Contractors All Risks (Contract Works) Insurance tends to fall into two separate policy areas;
The first policy area covers temporary and permanent construction works plus materials should they be damaged or the materials stolen prior to completion. Contract Works can be taken out to cover new builds, refurbishments, repairs or extensions.
The second policy area covers liability for third party claims made in respect of injury, death or damage to a third party property.
